  • Attendance system
    our interface for data input into time schedule is ready for every attendance system. Our system has been working routinely with a lot of attendance systems like PASPORT (COMINFO), ASEP (ANeT Brno), IDENTITA (IMP Praha), BIS (ESKON Opava), POWER KEY (S.A.I.), IsEmi (Emicad), OR – CZ, CARD SYSTEM, DUHA, RON, ANETE Brno,...).
  • Food system 
    interface is very simmilar like in the case of attendance systém. Food contributions are provided related to worked days and food deduction calculation is provided by payroll systém. We have been routinely working with interface to food systems EUREST, SODEXHO, ARAMARK, others provided by attendance systems providers etc.
  • Production system 
    it is possible to use data input from production system to evaluate piece-work wage assessment, evaluation of wage costs according to individual tasks, projects etc.
  • Financial system 
    Output to Financial system is also important and for us a standard part of the delivery, which is used for including of the payroll costs into the main ledger in necessary structure. Calculation of salary costs, social, health and work accident insurance can be done according to organisational units, cost centres, personnel numbers, employees´ categories, job tasks, projects.     Is is possible to send bank statements in both printed and electronic form, always in  the right structure, demanded by the bank.
  • Health insurance
    The systém provides automatic reporting for health insurance companies in both printed and electronic form. It is also possible to use automatic output to register the employee for new health insurance company.
  • Social insurance
    Social insurance administration reporting (ELDP and reporting of changes) is a standard part of the systém. The communication with the state administration webpage is secured using PORTLINK software of the NZ Servis Kladno company, which is a commonly accepted standard.
  • Statistics for ISPV, ISP for MPSV, MF (TREXIMA)
    Companies and government organizations, which are required to provide the income statistics in the electronic form, can use our automatic data output, structured accordingly to requirements of the state administration.
