- Systemization
HR module is based upon Systemization scheme with other linked functions. It is possible to set alternative Systemization scheme and set one as default. Job positions of the Systemization scheme are created and handled according to your needs. It is also possible to define alternative occupation (maternity leave, alternative superior etc.) and to define group positions (mostly for staff jobs). It is therefore possible to define required qualification and equipment (work tools, benefits). - Catalogues of positions and activities
It is possible to create user defined catalogues of positions and activities, which are used for effective handling of Systemization scheme and jobs description. - Job descriptions
Job descriptions are assigned to individual positions. Employee data are updated by data from personnel database. - Job security
It is possible to define inside organizational structure the workplace with dangerous environment. We have been already providing detailed risk monitoring (exposure etc.) with data linkage to personnel data and payroll agenda. - Qualification pre-requisites
All qualification pre-requisites (required education, experience, language skills, graduation of special training and other, user-defined job requirements) are linked to the job descriptions. - Monitoring of available education, training of employees and training evaluation
It is possible to include in the system monitoring of the training providers and their offer of courses and schooling. It is possible to assign employees to courses semi automatically. It is possible to evaluate effectiveness of individual courses or training providers. Update of achieved training level is also done automatically inside the personnel database, including costs. - Training schedule
It is possible to schedule the training according to selection of appropriate courses – through evaluation of differences between planned and achieved qualification. Software monitors timetable of the courses at the level of individual employee and software automatically updates qualification achieved. Software also processes all information regarding qualification costs, for further evaluation. - Planning of reserves and promotions
Software provides automatic support to select and prepare personnel reserves and to shape the career advance of individual employees. - Evaluation and planning of employees’ advancement
Software offers tools to plan and execute periodical or one-time employee evaluations. The evaluation is conceived as assessment of individual employees job and activities and verbal evaluation. It is possible to define the structure of the evaluation including desired levels of criteria fulfillment with option of further evaluation of divergence between planned and achieved results. It is possible to create customized individual training schedule for every employee with direct link to the education plan, featuring possibility of periodical evaluation. - Job positions equipment – work tools and benefits
Software provides features to supervise demand to equip employees (job positions) with work tools and other accessories. It is also possible to monitor actual use of individual work tools, including detailed information regarding allocation time-schedule and validity, necessary costs and information about work tool itself. It is also possible to use Work tools catalogue for specific kind of equipment (cars, computers, phones, access cards etc.) - Job recruitment and applicant database evaluation
Part of our solution also consists of effective handling the applicant database. It is possible to search inside updated database for advisable applicants for individual job positions, to evaluate their qualification and other pre-requisites for executing a job inside your organization.
It is also possible to monitor recruitment actions and evaluate them later for effectiveness (job applicants accepted etc.) and costs.
