• Update of the employees’ payroll data
  We have optimized the data input for quickly handling large amounts of data. It is possible to input data for individual employees, groups, to make group inputs and also external inputs (from *.csv file). It is possible to acquire new data for time schedule through recognition of divergence from the standard time schedule – for individual employees, their groups or from external source (attendance system, food system).
• Payroll processing
  Payroll processing is very fast and ready to be run for the organization a s a whole, for limited groups of employees and also for re-calculation of individual employees.
• Salary deductions
  It is possible to enforce salary deductions without any limits and to implement them in the order according to law, respectively down to the set minimum. It is possible to set time schedule for individual deductions and months, when deduction is applicable.
• Social, health and obligatory work accident insurance
  Social, health, obligatory work accident insurance and processing of sick benefits – all is processed automatically. Outputs are available in both printed and electronic form – going to health insurance companies and also sent to the state administration web page (ELDP, social security reporting).
• Retirement insurance and capital life insurance
  All alternatives of contributions for retirement insurance and capital life insurance have been included into the software.
• Income tax for natural persons
  All necessities for income tax for natural persons are handled automatically.
• Payroll statistics and analysis
  It is possible to create user-defined payroll statistics. You can also get analysis according to cost centers, employees’ categories and individual employees. It is possible to compare data for various periods and monitor their development. You can get printed or Ms Excel output.

The system handles, updates and stores automatically everything, which can be mathematically or logically described. All you have to do is to sign outputs for the state authorities, statistics and income declarations.
