PAYROLL and PERSONNEL DATA modules create the system core, which can be installed in the first phase and if needed, upgraded in the second phase by a HUMAN RESOURCES module.

• Client/Server architecture
  All modules share common database. Database is kept on the server and also major part of the software is run on the server. Workstations are conceived as „thin client“, which means that software deployed on them provide graphical presentation layer. Immediate response and high speed task processing are achieved through this architecture.

• Customization
  The system is highly customizable and always pre-configured during the implementation according to your processing environment, especially organizational structure, payroll system, master files, catalogues, report sorting, etc. It is possible to flexibly change the configuration during the deployment of the system according to your developing needs and our hotline can be always consulted. It is not possible to affect algorithms directly affecting correctness of the tax calculation and social and health insurance - respective changes are subject to automatic upgrade to new versions and guaranteed in our contract.
• Synchronization of Accounting period and real-time 
  Software enables HR specialist to enter and update data without affecting the results of payroll processing or time linkage. It is provided by special algorithm that all changes of data, crucial for payroll processing are activated only after new accounting period starts. Therefore it is not necessary for HR specialists to stop updating data during first decade of the month.
• Secure processing first
  Security of the software is provided as a sort of superstructure over standard security, provided by given operational system. It is provided especially by consistent guidance and safeguarding of the users´ actions and moreover by high quality of the software itself. The system blocks any unauthorized login or change made to the database. It is possible to set access rights for individual users even down to the level of single data field. When processing, system automatically checks correctness of the data and safeguards logical relations between data fields. If user causes an error processing due to incorrect handling, system produces error message. Using this error message and Help function the user can correct the error without any need to consult.
  Software itself provides setting of access rights (according to menu items, cost centers, employees categories, data fields or personal numbers) and also maintenance (reorganization of database, group renumbering of the cost centers, personnel numbers of user data fields). It is also possible to use optional function to record all changes made by the user (date, time, user, old and updated value), to record logins and to record changes made to the user rights. Software provides top security database handling and excludes any possibility of its corruption even during power failures.
