• Personnel record-keeping
  The software provides complete personnel record-keeping and all required statistics for needs of the organization.
  It is possible to update personnel data of individual employees with time validity (future changes), it is also possible to make group changes for whole groups of employees and update the data using external source (*.csv file).
• Personal cards
  Personal cards are available in several modifications, which can be further customized. They are printed using Ms Word.
• Job contracts and other documents
  It is possible to create and store in graphical form (Ms Word) documents like job contract, salary assessment, job contract additions, contracts regarding work done outside the standard work contract etc. Your text can be combined with database data. Created texts are stored in secure database.
• Education and training
  Education achieved, schooling and training are listed in the database including time-related validity. It is possible to use many standard and user-defined outputs for the analysis.
• Health checks
  It is possible to track the data for reasons of health checks, which can be customized for individual age categories.
• Employment of disabled persons
  The system handles all necessary procedures, related to employment of disabled persons – with close connection to payroll agenda. You will get outputs including data for obligatory statistics.
• Food system
  Food contribution is automatically generated according the attendance of individual employee. It is possible to make account settlement in several ways. If needed, automatic linkage to food system can be provided.
• Personnel statistics, surveys and analysis
  User can use wide range of standard and user-defined outputs for use in personnel management.
• Specific criteria search
  It is possible to process all personnel data outputs using various search criteria, providing authoritative results for given group of employees. It is possible to save various criteria for further use. It is possible to update and customize the criteria.
